The Ministry of Agriculture has developed an eDPZ application intended for local self-government units and the City of Zagreb, through which the documentation required for the process of revaluation of the fee for the use of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia will be submitted.<\/div>\n

Ordinance on the method of revaluation of rent or fee for the use of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia prescribing the method of adjusting the rent or fee for the use of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia during the contract entered into force on 13 July 2019. Revaluation is carried out for all contracts concluded before the entry into force of the Law on Agricultural Land.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"eDPZ<\/p>\n

For all contracts for which the conditions from the Ordinance are met, local self-government units, ie the City of Zagreb are obliged to submit to the Ministry of Agriculture a request for concluding an annexe to the contract for revaluation, and documentation prescribed by the Ordinance within four months from the entry into force. eDPZ application.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The application can be accessed via the link: <\/span>https:\/\/edpz.mps.hr\/aktivManager\/login.htm<\/a>\u00a0and is also available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.<\/p>\n

In 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture provided all local self-government units with access to the Contract Records application for the purpose of drafting the Agricultural Land Disposal Program as well as possible. <\/span><\/h2>\n

The application is still active today and can serve as a source of data needed to meet the requirements for revaluation of the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n
