Although our headquarters are in Zagreb, our tomato production takes place in state-of-the-art greenhouses in Sv. Filip i Jakov is currently spreading over an area of one hectare and an expansion project for another 2000 m2 is currently underway. We have up to 10 full-time employees, while we employ students from Zadar University for seasonal jobs. We also produce watermelons, lettuce, leeks, cabbage, kale, broccoli, sprouts.
Just because of the demand for our goods, last year we branded our main product – tomato and called it “Shjora pomidora”, because customers, after trying it once, repeatedly asked for it.
The specialty of our production is tomatoes, specific, sweet taste, and delicious other vegetables, because we irrigate from our own well, and because of the close proximity to the sea, the water is rich in mineral salts, which gives the vegetables a specific taste. We protect plants in a natural – biological way, and in the external production we apply integrated protection methods.
