The Loredana Krbavčić family farm was founded in 2007 in the extreme north of Istria, in the embrace of Učka and Ćićarija, in the untouched nature of the village of Cunj in the Buzet region. The Pavletić family olive grove has been located here for thirty years, and the love for olives was given to us by dad-nono Mario who planted it and passed on the knowledge and responsibility taken over by Mikela’s grandson together with grandma Elda, dad Ed and wife Nikolina and daughter Lana.
The specificity of the Buzet climate where the mild Mediterranean and harsh Mediterranean blend and meet the mountain climate gives our oil a recognizable fresh, aromatic and spicy taste. “Pavletić Cunj” oil is obtained from the varieties leccino, Istrian bjelica, frantoia and pendolina. We process it within a few hours after the harvest, which preserves all the valuable and healthy ingredients in our extra virgin olive oil. The climate in which our olives grow and ripen, the specificity of climatic conditions, the end of truffles and a large number of medicinal plants – give our oil a recognizable and special taste. Guided by tradition, we preserve our quality and give you golden drops grown with a lot of effort and love, drops of Buzet oil that contains a special aroma of the climate. Desire to perfect, new products, listening to the market, we have made the spice oil “Divine Oil” which we use for various salads, roasts, ready-made and dishes to your taste.
Sage, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, basil and homemade garlic are macerated in the extra virgin olive oil “Pavletić Cunj”, which gives this oil a divine taste for the palate and body. In the spice salt “IstraNin” The heart of Istria and the soul of Dalmatia, Buzet spices and Nin salt taste of the original Mediterranean. In the salt of the Nin saltworks, we added spices from the untouched nature of northern Istria from Cunj and the surrounding area, which to every dish.
