CroAgro International Fair of Agriculture, Agricultural Equipment and Mechanization

The CroAgro International Fair of Agriculture, Agricultural Equipment and Mechanization will be held at the Zagreb Fair from 4 to 7 December 2025 from 10:00 to 18:30. Part of this event are the Food and Healthy Living Fairs, where, among other things, around twenty agricultural producers from the City of Zagreb will present their most valuable domestic products, such as jams, jellies, juices, syrups, pumpkin seeds, dried meat products, etc., in Pavilion 11 A. The aim of this event is to promote and encourage the development of the production of agricultural and food products from the City of Zagreb, especially those with quality labels such as the “Blue Flag”, organic products and other products from the shortest supply chain.

Welcome to the Days of Food and Traditional Products of the Zagreb County and the City of Zagreb – an event that has been gathering producers, lovers of local food and everyone who appreciates tradition, quality and togetherness for more than two decades.

Here, the tastes and smells of our region, the stories of local producers and the wealth of traditional values ​​come together. The aim of the event is to promote local production, encourage sustainable eating habits and awareness of reducing food waste, while creating a recognizable “Zagreb market” – a place of trust, quality and meeting.

World Food Day Ecological Market Jarun

Let’s celebrate World Food Day together!

The City of Zagreb, Zagreb Markets and Zagreb County are jointly celebrating “World Food Day” with a rich program:
– live music – “Oridano Gypsy Jazz Band”
– free tasting at the “Eco snack corner”
– presentation of local organic producers
With this event, we want to highlight the importance of small and medium-sized organic OPGs that preserve nature, soil and tradition – and produce high-quality food under strict ecological standards.
The ecological market on Jarun is held every Thursday from 16:00 to 19:00 and brings together exclusively local producers with certified organic products.
Come, enjoy good music, eco products and support local producers!

Trešnjevka Family Farm Fair

The City of Zagreb invites you to the Trešnjevka Family Farm Fair

September 20th and 21st from 10am-7pm at Krešimir Ćosić Square!

Homemade delicacies with the Plavi ceker label and eco-certificate, workshops,

musical performance by “Kraljeva ulice”, inflatable for children, public health activities, small basketball school and circus workshop.

Come to the Trešnjevka Family Farm Fair!

The Blue Checker is the City of Zagreb’s label for top-quality domestic products.
It is awarded to products of higher value and quality, and includes as many as 30 categories – from cured meat delicacies to jams.
All products undergo strict analysis in accredited laboratories, and the costs are borne by the City of Zagreb. The label is awarded for 5 years, and the quality is additionally checked at points of sale.
The slogan “From the Croatian field to the Zagreb table, Zagreb guarantees” confirms that you are buying proven, domestic and high-quality products.

“Certified Farmers’ Market” is the name of a project launched 19 years ago by the Association of Croatian Markets at the national level to preserve and encourage domestic production and the traditional way of selling at markets. This year, in June, 96 “Products of the Croatian Farmer” certificates were awarded to OPGs that sell their products at Zagreb markets. The “Products of the Croatian Farmer” label is a guarantee of purchasing domestic products directly from the producer. By purchasing “Products of the Croatian Farmer” directly from the producer, buyers encourage the development of small family farms. In the city of Zagreb, this project is being implemented in cooperation with the City of Zagreb, Zagreb Holding d.o.o. – Zagreb Market Branch and the Association of Croatian Markets.
