OPG Kurtek is a family farm from Šemovac, in the heart of Varaždin County, with more than 15 years of dedicated production. Our farm is based on a love for the land, nature and tradition that we pass on from generation to generation.
We cultivate about 20 hectares of our own land on which we grow cereals such as wheat, corn and barley, and we are especially proud of the production of pumpkins – from which our most recognizable product is made: homemade Varaždin pumpkin oil.
Our production is based on the principles of quality, respect for nature and dedicated manual work. We process pumpkin seeds from our own production into cold-pressed pumpkin oil, with a rich taste, dark color and specific aroma – which is recognized not only by domestic customers, but also internationally. Our quality has been confirmed by gold and silver medals at exhibitions in Croatia and Europe, including the prestigious Monde Selection award in Brussels.
Pumpkin seed oil is not only a gourmet delight – it is also extremely nutritious. It is rich in vitamins E and A, zinc, omega fatty acids and antioxidants, which help maintain heart, skin and digestive health. Thanks to cold pressing, all nutritional ingredients are preserved – making it the right choice for everyday nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
We have developed over the years, but one thing has remained the same – we work with our hearts and with the goal of offering customers reliable domestic products, with full dedication to every step of production, from field to bottle.
