Kurija Budinšćak 1869 Malunje 52, Jastrebarsko The Budinšćak family in Malunje, in an old family manor from 1869, has a cellar with a capacity of 30,000 litres, of which 20,000 litres are oak barrels. The family in Jastrebarsko also owns a bottle cellar from 1904, wherein conditions of constant temperature and humidity the wine matures in bottles before being placed on the market. Near the manor, there are vineyards with about 8000 vines of Silvano green, Muscat Ottonela, Graševina, Kraljevina, Šipelja and Rhine Riesling. Over the past decades, the Budinšćak family has received numerous awards, plaques and gold and silver medals at numerous wine exhibitions throughout Croatia for their work in the vineyard and their skills in the cellar. SILVANAC ZELENI Quality dry wine of controlled geographical origin of Svetojan vineyards. Greenish-yellow colour, more pronounced varietal aromas, harmonious and full of taste with a mild bitter finish. It contains from 11.5 to 12.5 vol per cent of alcohol and from 5.5 to 6.5 g / l of total acids.
