OPG Branimir Čemeljić is located in Mandre, in the municipality of Kolan, the central part of the island of Pag, always known for the production of Pag cheese. The production of cheese in our family dates back generations, to the beginning of the 20th century, so the recipe itself was passed down from generation to generation. We have modernized the process a bit, and we are now a small family cheese factory. We have our own flock of sheep, and we do not buy milk from others, but we personally guarantee the quality of our cheese (which is currently in the process of obtaining a certificate of origin).
