OPG Lidija Kontošić is engaged in the production of pasta and bakery products.
The pasta is made exclusively from durum wheat and eggs from domestic chickens. These are small noodles, rags, porridges and millets baked on the stove as our grandmothers used to bake. The pasta is cut by hand. We also offer several types of bread without additives, namely:
From wheat bread flour, wholemeal, rye and corn, buckwheat and oat flour, which are gluten-free.
For diabetics, there is an apple pie that is sugar-free.
From snacks, we make salted crackers, crackers with sesame and flax seeds, and crackers with cheese. The Varaždin saltines are also without additives. From sweet cakes, we have nut cakes, poppy seeds and carob cake.
All the products of our OPG are made according to the old recipes of our grandmothers, which did not use additives or today’s bakery preparations.
