Please carefully read this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for VeeMee Platform.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) of veemee.eu and veemee.eu (the “Platform”) govern the relationship between the User of the Platform (the “User” or “You”) and the owner of the portal, company VeeMee d.o.o. from Zagreb, Dubrovnik Avenue 15/12, hereinafter referred to as “VeeMee” or “We”.
Any use of the Platform and all parts thereof is subject to the conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are obliged to immediately cease any use of this Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, certain terms have the following meanings:

• User – any person who accesses and/or uses the Platform services and can be classified as consumer, PID user or any other business entity;
• Consumer – any user who accesses and uses the Platform services;
• User’s PID (Producer/Profile Identity) – contains all relevant information about the producer, supplier, or any other entity which uses the Platform services and has its profile hosted on it. PID users have answered certain questions and provided documentation that has been requested. The PID users guarantee the accuracy of the submitted data with criminal and material liability and are obliged to keep the data accurate and up-to-date, i.e. to notify VeeMee in a timely manner about any changes. Each PID is associated with a corresponding Sticker. The PID license classify as Basic or Standard, while the relationship details and licensing terms are being defined by agreement between User and VeeMee.
• Businesses – users of the Platform services on a contractual basis.
  1. The relevant information is the basic information for the PID User, sections “About Us”, “Gallery”, “Certificates” and “Info”, external links, quotation.
     The basic information are: PID Profile name, owner name, headquarters and place of business address, e-mail, telephone, social network links, agricultural land size and agricultural land cultivation type. Also, the basic data are cultivated crops and products.
  2. Sections:
     • About Us – A brief description of the PID User, when the business was started, who is doing what they are doing, the course of development, where they see themselves in the future, what they aspire to and the like.
     • Image Gallery – Find pictures of the production, growing, product, etc.
     • Certificates – All certificates for which the manufacturer has a certificate are displayed.
     • Info – additional information about the manufacturer that he would like to further elaborate, e.g. separate clients, memberships in associations, cooperatives, events, fairs, scientific offices, etc.
     • Links – can be external or internal. External links are the websites of the companies / associations / manufacturers that the PID User collaborates with and wants to highlight, and may also be links that VeeMee automatically generates, if the PID User has no preferences. Internal links are the PID, with which the PID User collaborates or wants to highlight. It can also be PID links that VeeMee automatically generates, if the PID user has no preferences.
     • Quotation – a word or sentence that a PID User wants to convey to the consumer or to impress the consumer.
• Platform Content – all data and all information made available through the Platform, including but not limited to data, information, estimates and forecasts, texts, graphics, videos with or without audio, titles.
• Portal – web site on which the Platform is hosted.

VeeMee will use the information or e-mail addresses to contact you (Platform users) and to send you news and promote producers. You can change your mind and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of received e-mails, or contact us at support@veemee.eu.

VeeMee is the holder of the rights on the Platform and all of its contents, which includes the right to the hosted databases in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights. Users are authorized to use the Platform, its contents and its databases only and solely in accordance with the authority acquired under the contract or in accordance with these Terms.
VeeMee is the holder of the rights regarding the design of the Platform and its characteristic components. The aforementioned contents enjoy protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and other applicable regulations, and may not be copied or otherwise used without our written consent.
The term VEEMEE, as well as the corresponding logo, are registered as a trademark in the Republic of Croatia and enjoy protection under the Trademark Act. Their use is only permitted with the written consent of VeeMee.

We collect and offer all information and other content available through the Platform to our users in good faith, while making reasonable efforts with an attention of a good businessman to maximize their accuracy, completeness and reliability. However, VeeMee does not guarantee, expressly or tacitly, the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any published data, materials or information, nor the promptness of uploading new content to the Platform.
VeeMee makes every reasonable effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Portal, but will not be responsible for the occasional and time-limited failure of the Platform.
Furthermore, certain content offered through the Platform represents our subjective judgment, or opinion, which is generally generated automatically by processing information we collect from various sources. We give these estimates or opinions in good faith, but do not take responsibility for their correctness.
The platform also contains information from third parties and links to other portals – websites and/or content over which we have no editing ability. Whenever possible, such information shall be marked accordingly. In any case, we accept no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability or integrity of these third-party contents.
VeeMee, its owners, directors, employees and associates do not accept and will not be liable for damage or injury that results from the use or inability to use any part of the Platform

By accepting these Terms You agree that VeeMee will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Platform and the content offered through it

Customer fully accepts responsibility for all consequences arising from its activities and decisions, whether arising out of the use of the Platform or related to the data, materials and information on the Platform.
The User acknowledges that he/she is aware of all the features and limitations of the Platform, as well as the technical requirements related to the computer, computer settings and configuration required to use the Platform.
The User accepts that it is forbidden to use the Portal, which is not solely for personal (own) purposes, retrieval of data for further public disclosure, commercial or non-commercial exploitation, as well as retrieving more data than usual and/or allowed.

VeeMee expressly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the content of the Platform, partially modify the contents of the Portal or the entire Offer, the right to supplement or delete, as well as to suspend or permanently terminate the Portal, in any way, at any time, for any reason, and shall not be liable for damages resulting from such changes.
VeeMee also reserves the right to change these Terms without previous announcements or special notice.
These Terms of Use apply and are valid since May 25, 2018.
All comments according to the Article 11a. of the Consumer Protection Act can submitted in writing:

Browsing the Platform is anonymous and no information is collected to enable you to identify yourself.

VeeMee automatically collects information about the device you access the website. VeeMee uses this information for the purpose of offering its services, maintaining their quality and obtaining general statistics related to the use of the Platform.

By entering your personal information in the fields provided for on the Platform, you confirm that you have made your personal information available voluntarily and that you allow VeeMee to use it for the purpose for which the information was provided, to which we will separately warn you. When you enter personal information in the fields provided on the Platform, we will refer you to this Privacy Policy to become aware of your rights with respect to the protection of the personal data in question.

Accordingly, we hereby inform you that VeeMee is the head of the processing of personal information you enter into the fields provided on the web site for this purpose, and the information in question is used solely for the purpose for which it was voluntarily provided.

VeeMee may, if you have agreed to the use of cookies, use the information collected to provide you with more efficient customer service, facilitate the use of the Platform by eliminating the need to enter the same information frequently, or to tailor the Platform to your personal preferences and interests.

VeeMee does not sell, rent or lend the personal information of the Platform users to third parties and protect your personal information from unauthorized access. However, if you have agreed to the use of cookies, you may pass on your personal information to trusted business partners for specific purposes such as various statistical analyses, advertising, customer support or similar needs. In such cases, VeeMee will prohibit your business partner from using your personal information for any purpose other than the agreed one, and will oblige the business partner to maintain the confidentiality of personal information.

Given the importance of personal information and our obligations of transparency, below we provide information about cookies, how we use them on Platform, and what options you have if you would prefer to disable them despite the benefits they bring.

• Ads targeted based on the interest of the Platform visitors.
