OPG Radović Anka – Vinarija Nikolica

The Nikolica Family Winery grew out of a centuries-old family tradition of growing vines and producing wine. The wines of the Nikolica Winery are top quality, which is proof of the long-standing viticultural and winemaking tradition of the Radović family in Potomje. The vineyards of the Nikolica Winery stretch on slopes that descend with a large slope towards the sea and are illuminated by 2,800 hours of sunshine a year. The temperature is further intensified by the rays that bounce off the sea surface in the direction of the vineyard. At this locality, the soil has a special chemical composition. Due to these special conditions, the Plavac mali grape variety here produces wine of exceptional quality. It is especially interesting to note that this wine is obtained from grapes that have a yield of less than 1 kg per vine, and often only half a kilogram, which also affects the quality.
