SMID – obrt za proizvodnju is engaged in the production of organic apple cider vinegar, chickpea spreads, pesto, sauces and jams.
Ivan Strancarić and Mirjana Strancarić participate in the production.
Production began in 2002 with an excessive yield of apples in the orchard in Čučerje, and then it was decided to go into the production of apple cider vinegar, and in 2006 we became organic producers.
In 2005, our apple cider vinegar won a gold medal of quality at the fair in Udine. Except for our apple cider vinegar, The craft is known for spreads of chickpeas, horseradish (horseradish, apple and ginger sauce) which received a silver medal for innovation in 2006. We also produce mustard, zucchini and kale pesto, spicy sauces such as are fiery apple chutney and gipsy sauce and seasonal jams.
