Abelo produces high-quality products from and with honey. Honey from our own apiary is the main raw material for the production of all our products, and the recipes and method of production are unique. All products are handmade, which results in multiple quality control of each product.
Starting with the production of honey, through honey mixtures, we came up with the idea of distilling pomace from honey and producing brandy from honey of the highest quality, and a modern distillery is the backbone of the entire production process. We developed recipes in which we macerated herbs and fruits in honey brandy, added honey, and obtained liqueurs with exceptional flavors, aromas and colors precisely because of the special base in which herbs and fruits are macerated.
The production processes of our premium liqueurs and their recipes are based exclusively on natural ingredients and natural aging and maturation of the taste and aroma of macerated fruits and herbs. No aromas, dyes, preservatives or any non-natural ingredients are used.
Distillery
The entire production process of our brandies and liqueurs takes place in the Abelo distillery. You can see the process of fermentation, distillation, maceration of fruits and herbs, aging and finally filling of finished products.
